Property Management

An independent approach to property management with one purpose: protecting your investment and your interests. We look after your home from A to Z, tailored to what you need. We take care of the day-to-day and the administration: regular visits and checks inside and out, record keeping and follow-up, and dealing with contractors.

  • Cleaning, small repairs, gardeners and pool care organised
  • Your home prepared before you arrive and looked after with care and professionalism while you are away
  • Your home, your way, every time. We adhere to your preferences so each arrival feels familiar
  • Bills, insurance and yearly tax report, with full record keeping and inventories
  • Owners’ meetings attended for you

Renovation Coordination

We work alongside reputable architects and project managers we know and trust. We coordinate on your behalf, so you do not have to be there, and keep you informed.

  • Small works arranged by us
  • Larger works: we represent you with the architect of your choice
  • Or we work with an architect from our trusted network
  • Quotes compared, contractors met on site, access and security looked after
